According to some questions it's only IHS (metal plate on the top), IT'S NOT CPU!!!
- 100% flat machine finish on the top
- special microsurface finish on the bottom side to make application of liquid metal easier
- remember about cover the SMD elements (lacquer, paint), when using liquid metal to avoid any short circuit
- perfect if you want to use delided CPU with liquid metal or other thermal compound, which may damage serial numbers of the CPU
- intented to use without removing the glue from PCB, although for some people removing the glue may help
- depends on quality of the original IHS it can lower the average temperature even 3-4C (and less differences between cores)
